• Learn from Sommelier of the Year //Switzerland 2020 and 2023// Peter Zimmermann and Wine List of the Year category Swiss wine 2021.
• You will be trained in the areas of cellar management, wine list design, and service in the restaurant.

Wine education: No former wine education is required
