Unser Alpine Gourmet “Prato Borni” im alterwürdigen Grand Hotel Zermatterhof überzeugt mit 16 Punkten Gault Millau und einen Stern im Guide Michelin. Zu einem Essen auf diesem Niveau gehört auch ein guter Wein und ein Sommelier, der sich mit auf seinem Gebiet der regionalen, wie auch internationalen Weine auskennt. 

Gemeinsam mit dem Restaurant Team des “Prato Borni” schaffen Sie für unsere anspruchsvollen und internationalen Gäste einen kulinarischen Höhenflug, begleitet von einer perfekten Weinselektion unseres Sommer.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN OUR SOMMELIER:

• Organize the wine cellar
• Placing orders
• Organize the allocations
• Choosing wine and meal combinations
• Wine service in the restaurant
• Representing the Prato Borni at wine tastings
• Writing the wine list
