We are looking for a Chef Sommelier f/m/d

Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising, selling, and serving wine in the various Food & Beverage outlets
• Ensuring a smooth beverage service at all times
• Helping to design the wine list
• Wine purchasing in close cooperation with our Purchasing & Cost Controlling Manager
• Cellar organization and inventory
• Co-leading, training, and promoting the service team as well as conducting training and education sessions
• Other duties may be assigned based on business needs

Candidate Requirements:

• Completed professional training in the upscale gastronomy/hotel industry
• You have already worked as a Head/Chef Sommelier f/m/d in the 5-star hotel industry
• You have a very good knowledge of wine, sparkling wine, and spirits
• Storytelling – you can bring the stories about the wines to the guest
• You are a bright, well-groomed person who loves contact with our guests
• You have a high-quality awareness
• You like to work in a team, are flexible, resilient, conscientious, detail- and customer-oriented
• You have a good knowledge of French and English, Italian is an advantage
