Description of the position:

We are looking for passionate individuals to help us write the next chapter of the Beachcomber story. If you’re willing to learn, are a team player, and love putting a smile on people’s faces, we might have the right job opportunity for you.

As a Head Sommelier:

• Advice and support for F&B management in planning and compiling the wine menu
• Jointly responsible for wine purchasing
• Management of the wine cellar with approx. 20,000 bottles, responsible for the periodic Inventories
• Advice, sales, and wine service in our restaurants
• Managing and training other sommeliers, coordinating the relevant work shifts
• Carrying out wine tastings for guests in the wine cellar
• Supporting the restaurant manager in monitoring service
