We are looking for a: Head Sommelier/Restaurant Manager f/m/d

Description of the position:

• Lignum ( meaning wood in Latin) is a fine dining restaurant located in East Galway, using world-class seasonal produce cooked over wood.

• We are a young dynamic team constantly evolving.

• We are looking for someone with the same passion and drive to join us as our Head Sommelier/ Restaurant Manager f/m/d.

• A strong sense of customer service is essential as we strive to provide our guests with a memorable and personal experience.

• Five-day working week, very competitive salary.

• Drinks / Cocktail experience an advantage
