Position 1: Assistant Head Sommelier f/m/d

As the Assistant Head Sommelier, you will play a key leadership role in elevating our wine program and contributing to the overall success of our restaurants. – Corossol Restaurant, Adam & Eve Restaurant, Helios Restaurant and Zee Bar –

Responsibilities:
• Achieve and surpass monthly revenue targets.
• Maintain the highest standards in wine service presentation, supervision, and control across all outlets.
• Cultivate a loyal and reliable team that takes pride in their work, ensuring the highest level of service.
• Conduct regular wine inventories in collaboration with the Cost Controller and Head Sommelier.
• Organize weekly staff training sessions.
Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience at Assistant Head Sommelier level or 3 years at a Sommelier level.
• Strong knowledge of wines, including experience in developing wine menus.
• Additional languages are advantageous, particularly French, Russian, German and Italian.
• Hardworking, well-presented, creative individuals with strong communication skills and an outgoing personality.
• Good Management skills
• Good comprehension of Costs and Finance

Position 2 : Sommelier f/m/d

As a Sommelier at Constance Ephelia, you will be a pivotal force in our restaurant, inspiring both staff and guests. We are looking for a candidate with a thoughtful approach and experience in catering to high-profile guests in a setting that demands exceptional service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
• Achieve and surpass monthly revenue targets.
• Maintain the highest standards in wine service presentation (Minimum Guest Satisfaction Survey 90/100)
• Conduct monthly wine inventories in collaboration with the Cost Controller and Head Sommelier.
Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience at Sommelier level or 3 years as a Assistant Sommelier level.
• Good knowledge of wines
• Additional languages are advantageous, particularly French, Russian, German and Italian.
• Hardworking, well-presented, creative individuals with strong communication skills and an outgoing personality.
