As the Assistant Head Sommelier, you will play a key leadership role in elevating our wine program and contributing to the overall success of our restaurants.
Responsibilities:
– Oversee the wine program, including selection, and inventory management.
– Lead a team of Sommeliers, providing guidance and fostering a culture of excellence.
– Collaborate with the culinary team to create unique and memorable dining experiences.
– Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance their wine knowledge.
Requirements:
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sommelier role.
– Proven leadership and management skills.
– Extensive knowledge of international wines and wine regions.
– Experience with curating wine lists for diverse cuisines.
– Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
