We are now seeking an exceptional Head Sommelier to lead our award-winning wine program and continue elevating FZN’s world-class standards.

Role Overview:

The Head Sommelier will oversee all aspects of our wine program, from curation and sourcing to guest engagement and team development. This role is ideal for a passionate wine professional who thrives in a high-performance, Michelin-level environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Curate and develop a world-class wine list aligned with FZN’s culinary excellence.
Lead wine service with confidence, finesse, and impeccable hospitality.
Train, mentor, and inspire the team in wine knowledge, sales, and service.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, winemakers, and distributors.
Conduct premium tastings and bespoke wine experiences for guests.
Oversee cellar management, purchasing, inventory control, and cost optimization.
Drive innovation by introducing new regions, producers, and trends.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of sommelier experience, including leadership roles.
WSET Diploma, CMS Advanced, or equivalent certification.
Experience in Michelin-starred or high-end luxury dining.
Deep knowledge of global wine regions, vintages, and producers.
Exceptional communication, guest interaction, and team training skills.
Strong organizational and financial management abilities.
Genuine passion, humility, and dedication to hospitality excellence.
