Fernandõ Gastrotheque is a family‑run restaurant in Sliema, known for its refined cuisine and one of Malta’s most awarded wine programs. Since opening in 2018, we have built a destination where craftsmanship, curiosity, and genuine hospitality shape every detail of the guest experience.
Our philosophy is rooted in a legacy that began in 1984: respect for ingredients, precision in execution, and a deep appreciation for wine as an essential part of the table. This approach has earned us international recognition, including a MICHELIN star and multiple awards for Malta’s best wine list.

Contract type: Full-time
Education: Formal sommelier education (WSET Level 3, ASI Diploma, or equivalent) combined with strong practical experience.

Work permit: Our Sommelier requires a valid work visa (not applicable to EU/EFTA passport holders & Swiss and UK citizens)
