To maintain this standard of excellence, we operate a refined schedule, opening for dinner Tuesday through Saturday and lunch Wednesday through Saturday, ensuring our team enjoys a consistent Sunday and Monday closure.

We are now looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Sommelier to join our team. Our cellar brings together iconic labels, renowned producers and small growers from around the world, creating a dynamic and distinctive beverage offering.

The Role:

As Sommelier, you will be on the floor, bridging the gap between our award-winning 15-course tasting menu and our extensive beverage list.

Service Excellence: Demonstrating and maintaining high standards of wine and beverage service.

Creative Pairing: Applying a comprehensive understanding of food and wine chemistry to pair unique styles, including a fundamental focus on non-alcoholic flights.

Operational Management: Assisting with stock logistics, ordering, and cellar management.

What We Are Looking For:

Demonstrating high standards of beverage service skills
Guiding guests through thoughtful pairings and a distinctive beverage experience
Demonstrating a genuine passion for wine, liquor, and champagne
Think outside the realm of wine, with non-alcoholic beverages
Good knowledge of a 15-course tasting menu
WSET Level 2 required
