We are now seeking an exceptional Head Sommelier to lead our award-winning wine program and continue elevating FZN’s world-class standards.

Role Overview:

The Head Sommelier will oversee all aspects of our wine program, from curation and sourcing to guest engagement and team development. This role is ideal for a passionate wine professional who thrives in a high-performance, Michelin-level environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curate and develop a world-class wine list aligned with FZN’s culinary excellence.
• Lead wine service with confidence, finesse, and impeccable hospitality.
• Train, mentor, and inspire the team in wine knowledge, sales, and service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, winemakers, and distributors.
• Conduct premium tastings and bespoke wine experiences for guests.
• Oversee cellar management, purchasing, inventory control, and cost optimization.
• Drive innovation by introducing new regions, producers, and trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of sommelier experience, including leadership roles.
• WSET Diploma, CMS Advanced, or equivalent certification.
• Experience in Michelin-starred or high-end luxury dining.
• Deep knowledge of global wine regions, vintages, and producers.
• Exceptional communication, guest interaction, and team training skills.
• Strong organizational and financial management abilities.
• Genuine passion, humility, and dedication to hospitality excellence.
