We are currently seeking a passionate Sommelier to join our 3-Rosette Gallery Restaurant team.
In this role, you will deliver an engaging, knowledgeable wine service within a high-volume, artistically charged fine-dining environment. You will play a key part in guiding guests through our curated wine program, collaborating with a world-class cellar team, and elevating the guest experience during our famous Afternoon Tea and vibrant dinner services.

The Role
As a Gallery Sommelier, you will be an active expert on the restaurant floor, seamlessly connecting our acclaimed culinary offerings with a sophisticated, dynamic wine program.
Guest Experience & Service Excellence
Provide warm, engaging, and highly knowledgeable wine service to guests in the 3-Rosette Gallery Restaurant.
Assist guests with beverage selections during Afternoon Tea and dinner services, tailoring recommendations to diverse palates.
Deliver memorable service rooted in emotional connection, storytelling, and standard-setting hospitality.
Creative Pairing & Collaboration
Work closely with the Head Sommelier and Wine Director to showcase exceptional wine pairings that complement the menu.
Support Junior Sommeliers in the preparation and execution of wine service, helping them elevate their technical knowledge and list comprehension.
Stay current on global wine trends, product innovation, and producer regions represented in our extensive cellar.
Operational & Cellar Support
Maintain precision on the restaurant floor during fast-paced services.
Support the broader sommelier team with daily wine preparation, cellar maintenance, inventory management, and stock care.
Ensure all equipment and glassware are flawlessly prepped for service.
What We Are Looking For
Previous experience as a Sommelier or Junior Sommelier, preferably within a fast-paced fine-dining or premium restaurant environment.
Formal wine qualifications (WSET Level 3, CMS Certified, or equivalent) are highly advantageous.
A lively, creative, and friendly personality with a genuine passion for guest entertainment and luxury service.
Strong communication skills and an exceptional eye for detail under pressure.
Flexibility to work full-time hours (approximately 40 to 45 hours per week) covering afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts.
Must be legally eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
