Our cuisine invites guests on a journey shaped by precision, authenticity, and imagination. To elevate this experience even further, we are looking for a Sommelier (f/m/d) who brings both expertise and personality to the glass.

Your Role as Sommelier at Restaurant Mont Blanc

We’re searching for a Sommelier (f/m/d) who:

• Guides our guests through an inspiring and personal wine journey with flair and genuine enthusiasm
• Elevates our wine list and pairs each course with precision, imagination, and sensitivity to flavor - wine list (sample): click
• Thrives in a dynamic, Michelin-level environment where innovation and consistency go hand in hand
• Values hospitality, teamwork, and — naturally — enjoys a celebratory glass of champagne now and then
• Support the front-of-house team with staff training and sharing wine knowledge
• Ensure proper service, glassware, and presentation standards for every guest experience

Practical note:
We do not provide staff accommodation. However, we’re happy to support you in your search should you need assistance. While housing remains your own responsibility, Amsterdam is a vibrant international city where finding a suitable room is generally very manageable.
