We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Sommelier to join our world-class Food & Beverage team. In this role, you will be a storyteller of the vine, providing exquisite service that aligns with Forbes Five-Star standards and the signature excellence of Red Carnation Hotels and help to elevate the castle’s distinguished wine program

Artful Preparation: Prepare the majestic George V Dining Room for lunch and dinner service, ensuring every detail meets our exacting Five-Star standards.
Personalised Engagement: Deliver knowledgeable, precise, and attentive wine service, offering confident recommendations and anticipating guest needs before they are even spoken.
Proactive Care: Take proactive steps to create "magic moments" for our guests, responding promptly and professionally to all requests and concerns.
Operational Excellence
Inventory Precision: Maintain an accurate and meticulous inventory of all wines and spirits within the castle’s collection.
Professionalism: Maintain full compliance with all service protocols, ensuring the cellar and service areas remain organized and efficient.
